Hi! I’m Stewie, the Frenchie who rules the reception area at Lititz Veterinary Clinic. I work for Dr. Rabuffo, my mom, but let’s be honest, my real priorities are the treats, the naps, and anyone willing to give belly rubs.
From my post behind the desk, I supervise the comings and goings of humans and pets, enforce the sacred “treat distribution guidelines,” and make sure chairs are reserved exclusively for me. Sunbeams are a tough exception, I take those very seriously.
When I’m not keeping reception in tip-top order, I’m perfecting my cuddle skills, sneaking extra snacks when no one is looking, and offering my Frenchie charm to anyone who stops by.
Lea joined the Lititz Veterinary Clinic team in 2024 after graduating from Wilson College’s Veterinary Technician Program, and she’s been making tails wag ever since! Even though it is not something we do in the office, she has a special interest in dentistry, she loves helping pets keep their healthiest (and cutest) smiles.
Lea has always known she wanted to work with animals, and what she enjoys most about her job is the perfect mix of teamwork and patient care. She especially lights up during kitten appointments, there’s nothing better than helping new furry family members get off to a great start.
At home, Lea has a sweet domestic shorthair cat named Pesto, who keeps her on her toes. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll likely find her curled up with a good book, playing video games, or showing off one of her five tattoos (and she’s always planning her next!).
Dr. Rosenfeld graduated from Cornell School of Veterinary Medicine in 1991 and has practiced small animal critical care and emergency medicine for 34 years. He has been performing abdominal and thoracic ultrasound for the last 15 years. Dr. Rosenfeld has a strong interest in emergency and general surgery, internal medicine, ultrasound diagnostics, and emergency care. Dr. Rosenfeld is a member of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners and was an adjunct professor at Mesa Community College and Arizona State University. Dr. Rosenfeld has also authored a text for veterinary hospitals, titled The Veterinary Team Handbook, published by Blackwell Press. Dr. Rosenfeld has co-authored a textbook in clinical pathology titled "Clinical Pathology for the Veterinary Team" (Blackwell, 2009). Dr. Rosenfeld lives in Avondale, PA, with his wife, daughter, and his five canines, Fred, Fifi, Quinn, Nico, and Auggie. He is very excited to be in the mid-Atlantic region, where he grew up.
Dr. Farley is a Lancaster County native who has always loved animals. She grew up with horses, cats, and a Brittany spaniel (the best dog breed). She was an active participant in 4-H and FFA clubs and actually worked here at Lititz Vet Clinic as an assistant for a few summers after high school. Dr. Farley attended Kansas State University for both her undergraduate and veterinary school. She received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, with a major in animal science and a minor in equine science. During veterinary school, Dr. Farley was an after-hours surgery technician, an assistant in the ophthalmology and equine departments and spent a few summers working for equine practices out west.
After graduating in 2023, Dr. Farley did a sales internship at an equine hospital in KY and then returned home and started working in a small animal practice while she started building her own mobile equine practice. Dr. Farley now spends the majority of her time working on horses but can be found wearing purple on Thursdays and seeing cats and dogs here at Lititz Vet. In her spare time she enjoys riding her horses, cuddling her cats, swing dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Shaka Monroe is a 1997 graduate of North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine. He worked for 2 years after graduation in general practice where he acquired a love for emergency veterinary medicine. He moved to Pennsylvania in 1999 and worked for a large emergency veterinary center in Lancaster. In 2005, he purchased The Animal Emergency Clinic and quickly grew the business into The Animal Emergency & Referral CTR of York. He sold the business in 2019 and began working as a relief emergency veterinarian. Dr. Monroe is married with 4 children, 2 dogs and a cat. In his down time, he enjoys archery, science fiction novels, music and spending time with his family.
Sam has been a valued member of the Lititz Vet Clinic team for nearly 2 years and has been working in the veterinary field for 8 years. She holds an associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Lancaster CTC and has a special interest in surgery and orthopedics.
Sam has wanted to pursue veterinary medicine since she was a child, and she loves being part of a team that helps pets recover and thrive. What she enjoys most about working at LVC is learning and working alongside Dr. Rabuffo, our board-certified surgeon, and her favorite part of the job is seeing patients make a full recovery.
At home, Sam shares her life with Bimini, a lovable Lab mix; Poe, a domestic medium care cat; Beans, and Socket, her domestic shorthair cats; and Zink, her crested gecko. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her pets and taking cozy naps with them. One of her unique talents is creating the fun “bandage art” that all of our surgery patients go home with!

Hey there! I’m Finn, the grey and white feline in charge around here.
I’m 6 years old and have proudly called the Lititz Veterinary Clinic home since October 2022. After undergoing urinary surgery, the amazing humans here gave me a second chance and a place to rule...I mean, live.
These days, I’m also managing diabetes like a champ with insulin shots (no big deal). My real job? Supervising the clinic staff, keeping them on their toes, and occasionally shutting down productivity by laying on their computers. I consider it a public service.
In between my rounds, I catch some Z’s in my private bachelor pad. At night, I perch in my cat tree, keeping a watchful eye over the clinic like a true guardian of the realm.
I’ve got it pretty good here, surrounded by animal lovers who totally get me. Life as the unofficial clinic mascot isn’t too shabby.
– Finn, Clinic Overseer & Keyboard Warmer Extraordinaire
Jayson has been part of the Lititz Veterinary Clinic family for 2 years, but he’s been working in the veterinary world for 7 years! With his Associate of Science degree and a big passion for patient care, Jayson is happiest when he’s spending time with the pets who come through our doors. His favorite part of the job? Hands down working with patients and making sure they feel safe and loved.
Around the clinic, Jayson loves teaming up with his awesome coworkers and, of course, sneaking in a few extra snuggles with patients. At home, he’s a proud pet parent to Lainey and Benson, two lovable Goldendoodles who keep life fun (and probably a little hairy!).
When he’s not at LVC, you can find Jayson building Legos, diving into video games, or working on his tattoo collection. And here’s a fun fact, he’s really good at doing impressions of people, so you never know who he might “be” when you see him around!
I have been an animal advocate most of my life, including volunteering for rescues in the capacity of transport, fundraising and fostering. When the war in Ukraine started last year, I traveled there to volunteer with an organization out of the UK that was going into the war zone rescuing injured animals. Lititz Veterinary Clinic and other local veterinarians donated supplies to help in the war effort. This month long trip was a life-changing experience. I was an EMT for 10 years and previously worked in a specialty veterinary clinic in the Philadelphia area. I reside in Lititz and live here with my rescue cat Ollie and newly adopted Yorkshire terrier mix Angus. I enjoy cooking, reading, Pilates, yoga and travel, believing it to be the best form of education.
Dr. Tara Rabuffo is originally from Putnam County, New York. She began her veterinary career as a kennel assistant and then as a technician’s assistant at the local animal hospital at the age of 12. She continued to work there throughout college. After attending Cornell University, she attended Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. While attending Cornell University, she had the opportunity to work in the Animal Science department as an animal technician and barn hand at the teaching and research facilities. At veterinary school, Dr. Rabuffo met her husband of 25 years and became a nighttime surgical technician (small and large animal), which enabled her to learn more about the surgical field. After finishing veterinary school, Dr. Rabuffo completed a rotating internship in equine medicine, surgery, and anesthesia. Tara then began her career as a surgical resident at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She worked at VCA Smoketown Animal Hospital as a staff surgeon and later went on to work as the sole surgeon at the Animal Emergency and Referral Center of York. Dr. Rabuffo served on the dual certification committee for the American College of Veterinary Surgeons from 2016-2019. During the past 26 years as a Veterinarian, Dr. Rabuffo has published numerous scientific and lay articles. She has spoken at various veterinary meetings, including the annual meeting for the Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. Rabuffo has also been fortunate enough to have given several continuing education seminars for veterinarians, technicians, and people in related fields. Back in 2005, Tara spent time with Dr. Christine Runnels at Lititz Veterinary Clinic and she is pleased to have her career come full circle with the purchase of Lititz Veterinary Clinic. She looks forward to continuing to help animals in the community by upholding superior standards of care. Tara and her husband, Fernando, have resided in Lancaster County with their children since 2003. They also have two dogs. In her free time, Dr. Rabuffo enjoys spending time with her family, camping, walking her dogs, doing yoga, and running.
If you’ve been to Lititz Veterinary Clinic in the last few years, there’s a good chance you’ve been greeted with a smile by Lori! She’s been part of the LVC team for 10 years, but she’s no rookie, she’s been in the veterinary field since 1990 (yep, basically forever!).
Lori chose veterinary medicine because she’s always had a passion for both people and pets, and her role at the front desk lets her enjoy the best of both worlds. Her favorite things about working at LVC? The incredible coworkers, the adorable animals, and the kind-hearted clients she’s gotten to know over the years.
But the real perk of her job? Bringing her dog to work! At home, Lori’s pack includes Karma the lovable black Lab and Roxy the bouncy Boxer, but she’s best known around the clinic for her beloved Bulldogs, Ramsey and Boomer, who’ve basically achieved local celebrity status.
When she’s off the clock, Lori loves traveling, hitting up amusement parks, rocking out at concerts, and spending time with her family and friends. She’s full of energy, heart, and humor, and if you offer her chocolate… just know: "I’m pretty reliable, but I can’t be trusted with chocolate."
Jordy has been a valued member of the Lititz Vet Clinic team for 8 years and has been in the veterinary field for 10 years. She has a special interest in internal medicine and ophthalmology, and her dedication to patient care shines through in everything she does.
Jordy chose veterinary medicine because she has a natural empathy for creatures that can’t speak for themselves, and she loves being a voice for their health and well-being. What she enjoys most about working at LVC is her coworkers, and her favorite part of her job is building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets.
At home, Jordy shares her life with Wilbur, a spirited fox terrier, and Toby, a playful domestic shorthair. Outside of work, she loves biking and spending time at the beach, she even once rode her bike 150 miles! One of her favorite sayings is, “Life isn’t how to survive the storm, it’s how to dance in the rain” by Taylor Swift, which perfectly captures her positive outlook on life.
My name is Jeannie. I have worked as a veterinary technician for 20 years, then transitioned to receptionist. I have a menagerie of animals, but my pride and joy is my Boxer, Buckle and my 5 horses. Bob, a quarter horse, is the first horse that I got when I was 13 and he was a 3-year-old. Bob is now 38 years old and going strong! Opie, a retired show horse, is a warmblood. Joe is a painter with an attitude. Riley is an appendix quarter horse who likes to eat. Last but not least, Love Man the ex-racehorse who has a special bond with Buckle. Buckle goes everywhere I go! He loves to help at the barn. Buckle helps with the horses and rounds up the goats. I have devoted my life to animals, both at home and at work.
Hannah has been a rockstar on the Lititz Veterinary Clinic team for the past 3 years, and she’s been in the veterinary field just as long! With an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology and a big heart for animals, she brings skill, care, and good vibes to every shift.
Her favorite part of the job? Hands down the patients (the fluffier, the better!) and her amazing coworkers who make every day a good one. If a Bernese Mountain Dog or Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy walks through the door, just know that Hannah is already on her way for some serious puppy love!
At home she’s got a furry family of her own, Hughey and Harvey, two Cavalier brothers with endless charm, and Princess Yue, a Domestic Shorthair who rules the household with quiet grace (and maybe a little sass).
Whether she’s in surgery, helping a nervous pup feel safe, or laughing with her team, Hannah brings energy, kindness, and a whole lot of love to LVC!
Faith has been an important part of the Lititz Vet Clinic family for 2 years and has been working in the veterinary field for 4 years. She is currently furthering her education through Penn Foster and has a special interest in surgery, combining her love for learning with her passion for helping animals.
Faith chose veterinary medicine because of her natural compassion for animals and her desire to protect their health and well-being. She loves working at LVC for the incredible team of coworkers she gets to collaborate with every day, and her favorite part of her job is making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners. At home, Faith shares her life with a lively bunch: Annie Bug, her playful pug and Espresso Martini, Hercules, and Tiger, her curious domestic shorthair cats.
Faith is inspired by the quote: “Change. We don’t like it. We fear it, but we can’t stop it from coming. We either adapt to change or we get left behind.” It’s a mindset she brings to both her personal life and her work, embracing new challenges while caring for every patient that comes through the clinic doors.
My name is Emaryah, but everyone calls me Emmy. I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant at Lititz since April 2023, and I love it. I love seeing all the cute animals and meeting all the amazing clients. At home, I have a puppy named Willow, and she is a Boston Terrier and Pug mix. I am currently in Veterinary Technician school at Penn Foster. I spend a lot of time in my free time with my family and I love spending time at the beach.
I’ve been at Lititz Veterinary Clinic for 35 years, starting part-time in the kennel, moving to reception, then Office Manager. I live in Lititz with my husband and 2 cats.
Dusty is my 10-year-old tan DSH. He can be very vocal and insistent on getting his way, especially with food. He will also claim any surface as his. As you can see he claimed my grandson’s booster seat! Lefty is my 9-year-old tan DSH. Of course, they both came from the clinic. They were there at the same time, so I couldn’t separate them. He’s very shy and will hide from all visitors and my camera.
Other than loving to be with my family, I have season tickets to the Fulton Theater and sing in our church choir.
I was a veterinary technician at LVC 20+ years ago before I left to raise my family. I was fortunate enough to be asked to come back to being a technician with my work family. I love spending time with my family, friends and my cats.
I volunteer at a wildlife rescue in Maryland when I can and I am a sucker for helping rescues of all species. I have had horses, dogs, ferrets, rats, a bird, a bearded dragon, salt water fish and a whole lot of cats.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, I spent many years working in a local mixed large & small animal practice. I am happy to now be at the Lititz Veterinary Clinic after mentoring here with Drs. Bill Whittaker and Christine Runnels prior to my graduation from vet school. Weekends are full with my menagerie of animals, family and friends.
